Chinola Bakery is the matured manifestation of a childhood passion.

The start-up team, led by me, Vero (pictured in the polaroid above), has crafted this business as a tribute to the people and heritage of the Dominican Republic. While not famous for its desserts, the Dominican culture is famous for its hospitality and charm.

And that's what Chinola is all about. When the “Open” sign turns here, we want you to feel the warmth and fun of returning home, and the easiness of a Sunday morning because that's what it's like to be in DR.

We welcome you to our home and hearts, hoping they bear the incredible reputation of our roots.
